We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, The Panache Collection will happily accept a return of your merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receipt. There are NO REFUNDS.
In order for your return to be accepted it must be in its original form and in salable condition. It must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and it must be free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells.
Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will process your request for exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping your merchandise back to us.
When returning an item please make sure that it is well packaged and posted with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipping.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your return meets all of the above requirements please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the tracking number for your shipment back to us. Send your package to our return address below and please include a copy of the packing slip in your package.
